They’re a third-party company and our trusted partners. Local deliveries are no problem, and if you’re a little further out, just ask! We’ll happily sort a bespoke quote for you.
DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS
Once payment is received, we will dispatch your order via the selected delivery option—unless otherwise stated due to lead times.
We are not liable for delivery delays if we cannot access the property.
Additional storage fees may apply if delivery is delayed by more than three weeks after estimated arrival.
Delivery dates are estimates, but we aim to meet or exceed them.
We use both our own delivery teams and trusted third-party couriers.
In the rare event that an item is damaged during transit, we will handle the issue and take responsibility.
We are not responsible for any damage caused inside your property (walls, floors, carpets, etc.) during delivery.
If delivery is carried out under your instruction (e.g., moving items through tight spaces), and we advise against it, we will not be liable for resulting damage.
For serious damage, claims must be submitted via email and approved in advance. Quotes must be submitted before work is done.
Standard deliveries do not include unpacking or removal of packaging unless agreed in advance.
Use of shoe covers, protective sheets, etc., must be requested beforehand and may be chargeable.
Delivery quotes may change based on location and item. Adjustments may result in discounts or additional charges.
