Simply Not Suitable:

If your purchase isn’t quite right, just speak to a member of our friendly team. As long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and hasn’t been made or specially ordered for you, we’ll gladly offer you an exchange or an in-store credit note. Whichever you prefer.

Please note: You have 14 days from the date of delivery for this to apply.

Custom Made Items:

If you wish to return made-to-order goods, you are responsible for taking good care of them. Ownership transfers to you upon delivery, and you are liable for any damage or loss.

To avoid any issues, we ask that you return items in appropriate packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Please note: Consumer Contract Regulations do not apply to items made to your specific requirements.
