Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

1.16 Customers have the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

1.17 You may cancel your order from the time of purchase up to 14 days after receiving the goods.

1.18 To cancel, contact us by phone or email within the 14-day window.

1.19 If you’ve received the goods, you must return them in a reasonable condition at your own cost (unless they arrived damaged or in error).

1.20 If goods are not returned or returned at our expense, we reserve the right to deduct direct costs from your refund.

1.21 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of cancellation.

1.22 You cannot cancel orders for:

(a) Prescription items

(b) Passenger transport services

(d) Custom-made or personalised goods

(e) Perishable items

(f) Newspapers or magazines

(g) Dated services (e.g., hotel bookings, tickets)

1.23 You will also lose cancellation rights if you:

(a) Unseal hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., mattresses)

(b) Unseal media (e.g., DVDs, software)

Delivery Terms & Conditions

Once payment is received, we will dispatch your order via the selected delivery option—unless otherwise stated due to lead times.

We are not liable for delivery delays if we cannot access the property.

Additional storage fees may apply if delivery is delayed by more than three weeks after estimated arrival.

Delivery dates are estimates, but we aim to meet or exceed them.

We use both our own delivery teams and trusted third-party couriers.

In the rare event that an item is damaged during transit, we will handle the issue and take responsibility.

We are not responsible for any damage caused inside your property (walls, floors, carpets, etc.) during delivery.

If delivery is carried out under your instruction (e.g., moving items through tight spaces), and we advise against it, we will not be liable for resulting damage.

For serious damage, claims must be submitted via email and approved in advance. Quotes must be submitted before work is done.

Standard deliveries do not include unpacking or removal of packaging unless agreed in advance.

Use of shoe covers, protective sheets, etc., must be requested beforehand and may be chargeable.

Delivery quotes may change based on location and item. Adjustments may result in discounts or additional charges.

Not valid in conjunction with other offers.

Applies to identical models and fabric options only.

Competitor pricing must be valid at time of purchase, with proof provided.

We will beat the competitor’s price by £5.

Valid for 14 days after the comparison is made.

We reserve the right to withdraw the offer at any time.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
